Cancellation Policy

Gentle Yoga Class Policy Mindfully Balanced Mental Health & Wellness Foundation · Please read before booking Our gentle yoga class is offered as a supportive, body-based practice for all levels. To keep the class running smoothly and fairly for everyone on the schedule, the following policies apply to all bookings. Booking Class space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking must be completed in advance through booking link; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a spot. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your spot is secured. Please arrive a few minutes early; late arrivals may be asked to observe rather than join mid-session for safety. Cancellation Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before class start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit. Exceptions for illness or emergency may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please reach out to 760-523-2140 Waitlist When a class is full, you may join the waitlist at booking. If a spot opens up, waitlisted clients are automatically moved into the class and notified by email or text. You will have 2 hours to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot until you receive confirmation. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability Yoga involves physical movement, stretching, and postures, and as with any physical activity carries some risk of injury. By registering for and participating in this gentle yoga class, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating with full knowledge of this risk, and you agree to release Mindfully Balanced Mental Health & Wellness Foundation, its instructors, and staff from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from any injury you may sustain while participating in class — whether resulting from your own actions, the actions of others, or the condition of the class space or equipment. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify any pose as needed, and consult a physician before beginning any new physical practice, particularly if pregnant or managing an injury, chronic condition, or health concern.
